Payment is usually taken after the job is done and can be taken by bank transfer or cash.
We take great care to ensure all your waste is disposed of responsibly and recycled where possible. Once collected, all your waste is taken to our depot to be sorted into types. Each type is then taken to a suitable licensed recycling or waste management facility (for example the West London Waste Authority in Wembley) for processing.
As long as we have access to where the waste is located (for example your garden) you will not need to be present during collection. Please be as specific as possible when booking your collection and send pictures of all waste to be cleared in order to avoid any confusion.
We are licensed to clear most waste types including hazardous waste such as asbestos. The only exceptions to this are a) confidential waste and b) covid waste. If you are unsure about anything please feel free to contact us anytime.
