  I've asked for a quote to get rid of thr old piano this afternoon and they got back to me in 10min. And it was a little bit short notice to get rid of it on the same day - they found a team for me immediately and they've arrived in 40min. All the guys were so kind and very professional. Easy to deal and easy to sort all out. All of my family were so happy with the service and we found these people are the best in london to deal with everything. Obviously we will use them again in the future! If you want to do something very quickly with good people then these people are the answer! Thank you very much. Do you offer packing services?

Yes, we offer a convenient packing service with options based on your individual needs. This can involve a complete packing service where we pack and load all of your belongings for you, or partial packing of only certain items you request. We also provide packing materials such as boxes, bubble wrap and tape.

Can you move fragile and valuable items?

Yes, we are fully qualified and equipped to move fragile and valuable items of various types. We take great care to ensure your items arrive safely and without as much as a single scratch. Anything delicate can will secured with specialised equipment including moving blankets, straps and dollies to guarantee safe transit.

Will my items be protected under insurance?

Your items will be fully covered under our Goods in Transit Insurance. This insures your items against any damage, loss or theft. It’s extremely unlikely that anything will go wrong, but it’s always good to have peace of mind knowing you’ll be covered in case it does.

What are the options for payment?

You can pay with cash on the spot or via bank transfer – whichever method you find more convenient.
